The most important thing we care about is for you to be comfortable when buying items. Order cancelations depend on whether the item is shipped or not. If the item is on its way to you then it can be cancelled, if not then cancellation will be free of charge. *Please note that we don’t accept cancellation for the personalized items/pre-ordered items.

If you are unsatisfied with your item, you have 3 days to exchange it from the date you received/purchased it. Please note that the returning cost inside UAE will be at your charge. And we don’t accept any exchange requests for international orders.

Within 7-10 Working Days inside UAE. If you are elsewhere in the world, unfortunately we are not able to provide the exchange
service.

In order to accept your product exchange, First, you must notify The Charmed Jewellery within 3 days of receiving the item. Secondly, Please note that we won’t accept any used items.

We at The Charmed Jewellery make sure that the shipment is always received on time, however, we could face some uncontrollable logistical issues with our courier partners.

Unfortunately, here at Charmed we only offer to exchange your items, and we don’t refund under any circumstance.
